Our material offering covers PP, PE, Engineering Thermoplastics, Rotomolding Compounds, color + additive masterbatch and TPE. The Opportunity

Due to strong growth (and ambitious plans), we’re looking to add to our technical sales team for Thermoplastics + TPE in the US.

You’ll bring your knowledge and connections within the polymer industry to this newly created role. Are you ready to make your mark in a growing thermoplastics brand, leveraging your experience to deliver results and help build an outstanding company?

All qualified applicants must reside in the Eastern US (North Carolina or South Carolina preferred) due to business need.

Your Tasks

  • Market analysis & networking: Identify and target new business opportunities and customers within key market segments such as automotive and medical.
  • Build strong customer relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key customers. Communicate consistently and effectively.
  • Technical consultation: Collaborate with our R&D teams to provide expert advice and customized materials that address customers’ specific application requirements.
  • Market intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Forecasting & performance: Own and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
  • CRM & reporting: Document your activities and report key project updates.

Here are the skills and qualities you need

  • Technical and commercial background in the plastics industry with proven sales experience (10+ years).
  • You are a self-starter who doesn’t need direct supervision to motivate you for success – we believe in building a culture of individual accountability and ownership.
  • Strong ability to communicate and present clearly and effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Excitement to get into the market and travel for customer meetings, trade shows/conferences and market visits.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite, CRM, customer portals, etc.
