Product Features: RheTech’s range of modified polypropylene technology coupled with the capabilities of RheTech Colors provides a broad offering of materials and possibilities to address requirements for part strength, functionality, aesthetics, processability and cost across many market segments and applications. Additionally, we are developing applications for wood-reinforced polypropylene compounds.

For interior trim and appearance-structural applications RheTech’s high impact polypropylene compounds and TPO products feature excellent scratch and mar resistance, low gloss and colorability to provide excellent surface quality and consistency while meeting demanding strength, impact and part weight requirement
RheTech’s glass fiber reinforced polypropylene compounds and high strength TPO materials enable replacement of higher cost engineering resins in structural applications such as IP carriers, door & grip assist handle cores and load floors.

Our UV Stable, Modified-Polypropylene and TPO grades address ever-increasing requirements for weatherability, toughness, scratch and mar resistance. These products are offered in natural color, general purpose black as well as color-matched compounds.
RheTech’s family of paintable TPO offer low thermal expansion, excellent paint adhesion, and the proper balance of impact resistance and stiffness to achieve part physical performance as well as excellent fit, finish and integration with vehicle body work.

Features & Benefits: RheTech’s portfolio of polypropylene compounds for structural, semi- structural and functional applications address a broad range of cost/performance requirements under the vehicle hood. Our mineral and mineral-glass, co-reinforced polypropylene compounds provide excellent tensile & impact properties with good shrink and warp control as well as the chemical resistance required for functional applications under the hood.
For structural applications requiring high strength, toughness and impact properties with creep control and durability, RheTech’s selection of short and long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene compounds offer the user cost-effective options to achieve performance goals versus other materials of construction.
